To start creating your custom PepperTree home:

3. We’ll send you a FREE CD with product catalogs, videos, and over 200 floor plans of previously built homes.
4. Envision your design — Review the sample floor plans on our website and the CD for ideas. You can also explore one of the numerous e-Plan sites available on the Internet. Any plan can be modified to suit your needs. Whether you modify an existing design or dream up your own, PepperTree Homes will work with you to create a final design that fits your unique style.
5. Meet with us — a FREE consultation & design session in the comfort of your home. We will discuss your design ideas, goals, and budget.
6. Preliminary estimate — Once we have refined your initial design ideas, we will have a cost estimate for you in a couple of days.
7. Deposit — when you are comfortable with your design and estimate, we request a minimal drawing deposit for our engineers to proceed with your detailed floor plans, exterior elevations, and 3D renderings.
