Your PepperTree Homes project manager works hand-in-hand with Epoch, our modular home builder, throughout the design/build process, ensuring that every detail is designed to meet with your approval.

Once the factory components of your home are complete and brought to your site, we begin the on-site phase of construction. For some clients, where the factory built components meet all of their custom design needs, this can be a simple process. For others, the factory built portion is only the beginning, with substantial field construction and customization to follow. In either process, PepperTree is with you every step of the way creating lasting value in your new home.
