Paul Fitzgerald, president and owner of PepperTree Homes, is a multi-year award winner, as recognized by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont (HBRA). His homes have received first place for best modular home for three of the last four years, demonstrating that not all modular home builders are created equal.
PepperTree Homes' most recent winning design (2007) was a custom passive solar contemporary, which married 40% modular construction with 60% field construction.
